The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injuries or losses or damage to property belonging to the conference participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

AM Conferences & Meetings is the PCO handling the conference secretariat for the IECON 2025 conference.
From the Technical Secretariat of IECON 2025, please we warn you to pay particular attention to some fraudulent offers about the meeting that you may get via email.
AM Conferences & Meetings is the only company officially linked to the IECON Organization. Not any additional company is working together with us and therefore cannot ensure that they will be reliable.
To book accommodation it would be necessary to do it through the Accommodation Form

Cancellation policy

All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to – email: registration@iecon2025.org.

It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before September 24th 2025, with €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible.

• Cancellations received up to July 16th 2025 will be penalized with the payment of one night’s accommodation.
• Cancellations received after July 17th 2025 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
