Information for presenters
IF YOU ARE AN AUTHOR, PLEASE RE-CHECK YOUR PRESENTATION FORMAT IN THE POSTED PROGRAM.
All articles will be presented in 2h oral sessions, in two different formats:
- Traditional Oral Sessions (slide-only) (sessions marked -R- in the program): 8 papers per session, 15 minutes each, including Q&A. These will account for approximately 15% of the presentations, and will be held in small rooms.
- Interactive Oral Sessions (slides + poster) (sessions marked -I- in the program): 12-15 papers per session. The first half of the session will be devoted to 4-minute presentations (no Q&A) with slides. The second half of the session will be devoted to discussions in the poster area. These will account for approximately 85% of the presentations, and will be held in larger rooms to facilitate interactions.
A printing service is provided prior to the congress for a small fee, so there will be no need to bring posters, they can be collected on-site.
The Conference will provide an online platform to submit your presentation (power point or pdf file) a few days before the meeting. Stay tuned to save time onsite!
If you have not been able to upload your presentation before the meeting, it is highly recommended to deliver your presentation on an USB drive at least TWO hours before your session (or the day before if your session starts before 10:00) at the Slides Delivery Room (ground floor, close to the Technical Secretariat).
