Registration fees include 21 % VAT.
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
Full-Conference Fee includes
- Conference Materials
- Attendance to all technical sessions, Commercial Exhibition area and posters
- Coffee breaks
- Welcome Reception
- Gala Dinner
- Certificate of attendance and/or participation (online submission)
One-Day Fee includes
- Only scientific sessions & Coffee breaks & Lunch
- Social activities & paper ARE NOT included on the price
How to register
To register for the Congress, please fill in the online registration form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:
- Click the Registration button
- Fill out personal data form and choose your registration fee
- Pay online by debit/credit card
Scam Warnings
There are an increasing number of fake websites claiming to offer hotel services.
We would like to alert all members and delegates to be aware of possible scams, and only use trusted online registration and accommodation services for bookings.
Methods of payment
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Cancellations or Changes
Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the AM Conferences Congress Secretariat – email: registration@iecon2025.org.
- It is possible to change the name of the registration without cancellation fees as long as the secretariat is informed before September 24th 2025, with a cost of €50 for administrative expenses.
- For cancellations until August 24th 2025, 100% of the amount will be refunded less €50 for administration fees.
- Cancellations received since August 25th 2025 or non-attendance: There is no right to a refund.
- Any corresponding refund will be made once the Congress has ended.
Visa requirements
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
